Lund International named Georgia Automotive Company of the Year

Presented by Georgia Governor Nathan Deal, the award recognizes leaders throughout the state, honoring them with for the contributions they have made to build a robust automotive ecosystem.

Lund International announced that it has been selected as the recipient of the “2017 Georgia Automotive Company of the Year” award by the Georgia Department of Economic Development.

Lund International was lauded for its active participation in state-wide, regional, national and international activities that demonstrate the company’s pride in its Georgia location, as well as its contributions to civic organizations and initiatives.

“This award represents the culmination of thousands of hours of work and tireless days spent perfecting every Lund International product that is seen on vehicles around the world,” said Lund International CEO Mitch Fogel. “A prestigious honor like this only serves to motivate us to work even harder at innovating and continuing to produce industry leading products, while continuing to provide uncompromising customer service.”  
 

Lund International Holding Company designs, manufacturers, and markets branded automotive accessories for passenger cars, light trucks and Jeeps, as well as heavy trucks. Of its 1,200 employees, 500 are based in Georgia, many of whom are also multi-generational. Nearly all of Lund’s products are made in the U.S.A., a fact that is culturally important to the company.
