New enforcement regulations from the FMCSA approve Hunter's B400T Brake Tester to test brake compliance without a follow-up physical inspection to take non-complying vehicles out of service. The B400T utilizes a PC-based system to measure brake forces and vehicle weight at each wheel on multi-axle vehicles. The B400 identifies conditions such as axle-to-axle imbalance, left-to-right imbalance, rollover propensity and a variety of weight shifts.
