The Makita 18V LXT Lithium-Ion Cordless 3-Speed Brushless Motor Impact Driver, No. BTD144, offers a 3-speed power selection of soft, medium and hard impact power to cover a wide range of fastening tasks. With a range of 0 rpm to 3,400 rpm and a maximum torque of 1,420 in. lbs., the BTD144 is 5-1/2" in length and only 3.3 lbs with battery. The BTD144 offers a built-in LED with an independent on/off switch as well as a battery warning light and built-in LED which both flash when it is time to recharge the battery. The BTD144 has a "one-touch" 1/4" hex chuck for simple bit insertion, a tool hook and an electric brake for increased efficiency.
