Windshield digital video recorder with GPS. Any high "G" accelleration or decelleration (impact) will make the SMARTY recode up to 20 sec before and 10 sec after the "G" event. Device also records GPS route tracking. Video and GPS route is written to devices memory card so there are NO wireless costs. Software is on the memory card--just remove it from the SMARTY and insert in PC reader to view video events and GPS routes.
