National Fleet Management announces merger with Fleet PM

National Fleet Management announced the acquirement of Fleet PM On Site, effective May 31, 2012.                                                                                                                                                                               

National Fleet Management and Fleet PM On Site, are both located in Charlotte, NC. The merged companies will now operate as National Fleet Management, Inc. from the National Fleet Management facilities at 5029 I-85 Service Road.

With a 15-year history in fleet maintenance service, the acquirement of Fleet PM expands National Fleet Management's already strong presence in the industry.
