Ask the Expert: What are some additional features I should look for in inspection software?

March 22, 2013
Look for other service modules, such as battery or TPMS modules, for additional services to provide your customer.

Q: What additional features should inspection software have?

A: ProSpec offers an AGM battery module so that a technician and service writer are notified if that vehicle came equipped with an AGM battery from the factory. There is also a TPMS module that states if it is an automotive TPMS reset or if a tool or procedure required, once again saving you time.  The final item of note is our recall notifications to make sure that you have most current information available.
