Fisker Automotive expected to file for bankruptcy protection

Department of Energy seeks $200 million in loan payments.

Fisker Automotive could file for bankruptcy protection as soon as this week as the U.S. Department of Energy pressures the green-car startup to pay back nearly $200 million in government loans, according to Reuters. Read more about the expected filing.
