"By combining the two groups, we will be able to deliver greater value to our customers," noted McCann. "We will capitalize on our collective strengths to further accelerate product innovation and leverage our considerable manufacturing, operations, sales, and support capabilities to better serve our customers, distributors, and contractors. The scale of the new group will enable us to enhance our customer care and bring even more resources to bear pioneering industry leading solutions."
