    The Rennsteig Ratcheting Action Cable Shears, No. D38, are designed for cutting single-strand, multi-strand, fine-wire aluminum and copper cables. The ratchet action and low weight make for comfortable use. These shears have a forged cutting head and high-strength aluminum tube arms. The two-component handles can be adjusted based on working conditions from 15-1/2" to 23-1/2". These shears feature a replaceable cutting head and they are not suitable for steel wire.
