    The Bar’s Leaks Valve Seal Oil Consumption Repair, No. VS-1, chemically repairs oil-consumption issues in engines. It restores valve seals that have shrunk, hardened or cracked due to age, high mileage or extended vehicle storage, which prevents oil from leaking past the seals and burning in the combustion chamber. The product's additive is coupled with an advanced seal polymer that builds a polymeric film around the valve seal to help prevent excess oil from bypassing the seal. Valve Seal Oil Consumption Repair works with gasoline and diesel engines, and all types of motor oils. Once added to the vehicle's existing engine oil, it starts to work within 15 minutes of driving or idling. One 16.9 oz bottle treats engines with oil capacities of 4-1/2 to seven quarts.
