The John Bean Wheel Balancing System, No. B800P, from Snap-on Equipment, is fully automatic and offers a touchscreen graphical interface. The wheel scanner detects rim diameter and offset, and it automatically chooses the balancing mode, weight types and positions. The B800P also features automatic spoke detection, which identifies the number and position of wheel spokes; the easyWeight pinpoint indicator laser to assist in positioning adhesive weights; Smart Sonar to automatically capture wheel dimensions; Virtual Plane Imaging (VPI) to ensures accuracy; and a power clamp that captures the wheel accurately with a constant force for precision.
