Actions To Take
All customers with a current G-Scan/G-Scan2 subscription are advised to update their G-Scan.
Because of the size of this update, the download process can take up to 45 minutes depending on internet speed. It is recommended that all GScan users utilize their 'PC Utility' program to perform this update.
If a current subscription should expire and the update is not downloaded, it will not be available for downloading until the subscription is renewed. Users with an expired subscription will not be able to download this update.
Call CAS Inside Sales, CAS Tech Support or your local CAS Rep if you require assistance in performing this update or if you wish to purchase a subscription renewal.
