The Noregon NextStep is a troubleshooting and repair guidance solution. NextStep is available as an add-on module for the company’s advanced in-shop diagnostic and repair tool, JPRO Professional, or as a standalone web portal containing searchable repair information. When integrated with JPRO, NextStep allows functions such as viewing live vehicle data, clearing faults and initiating bi-directional tests directly from the application.
NextStep utilizes a component-based database to make repair information immediately available for new vehicles containing components with pre-existing coverage. NextStep provides detailed color-coded wiring diagrams, troubleshooting tasks, and more to improve accuracy of repairs and expedite the overall process.
