Chicago Pneumatic launched a series of rivet squeezers and hammers. The CP42 series is comprised of six models of ergonomic squeezers and seven models of lightweight rivet hammers, which are for tasks in the metal structure repair and provide a riveting solution for productivity.

The CP42 series includes six models of squeezers covering the most frequently used rivets in metal structure repair. The CP42 has a functional design. They are quiet (as low as 72 dB), with minimum vibration of less than 2,5 m/s². A rotating air inlet provides added flexibility so the user can maneuver the squeezer into the right position. The tools’ jaws are forged from steel for durability, with a choice between C-jaws and Alligator jaws. The jaws are also available in different sizes so they can be used with any rivets up to 3/16” (4.76 mm) within 3” (76 mm) from an edge.

Chicago Pneumatic also offers seven models of compact rivet hammers available in a wide range. From 1X, for the smallest rivets, up to 9X, for the larger rivets. They are designed for all aluminum rivets up to 3/8” (9.53 mm) in size.
