When using the Yellow Jacket Mantooth Kit make sure to set your elevation, especially if your location is at 2,000' or higher as this will affect your pressure readings. Then zero the transducers before connection to the system to get the most accurate readings. This is done in the free Mantooth app for iOS or Android. If you assign a temperature or pressure incorrectly, you do not need to switch the connections, just reassign the readings from the readings screen.
