LSI Chemical announced acceptance into the Independent Lubricant Manufacturers Association (ILMA). ILMA is the primary professional association formed to improve laws and influence public policy, share the latest research and technical information, and promote commerce for the automotive and industrial lubricant and metalworking fluid industry.

LSI Chemical manufactures oil additives, fuel additives, and base oils while utilizing patented Nano technology. New LSI Chemical products are designed to solve one of the most troublesome issues of nano-particles – keeping them suspended over time to ensure a level of performance and product appearance.

“We appreciate being invited to join ILMA which has supported the interests of North American lubricant manufacturers, suppliers, and distributors to ensure growth for a sector of the economy that is credited with almost 13 billion dollars,” said Todd Cawley, president, LSI Chemical. “Our company is backed by over 30 years of lubricant R[esearch] and D[evelopment] with a major focus on Nano technology for the automotive, metalworking, and industrial markets. We look forward to supporting the goals and mission of ILMA with our resources and time. Even though this year’s fall annual meeting has been cancelled, we are seeking ways to engage with members and show our support in a meaningful way this year.”
