MAHA engineers have worked with leading automobile manufacturers to develop the MLT 3000 Headlight Tester. The MLT 3000 safely and accurately tests and aligns automobile headlight systems found in newer car models. Featuring a built-in high dynamic range CMOS-camera, the MLT 3000 digitalizes the headlight image and forwards to its own electronic controls for processing. Features of this system include a rotatable mirror for lens alignment to vehicle, automatic height adjustment of measuring housing at aluminium column, a 7" touchscreen for menu navigation and display of measurement values and an electronic levelling system to compensate for unevenness in the floor. This system includes processor-controlled operation, FLASH memory included and an interface for transfer of measurement values to PC.
