Hub and Rotor Shield

Design Engineering, Inc. announces their Hub and Rotor Shield, designed to protect mechanics from serious burns. The shield is made of a highly reflective aluminized mylar outer surface and is backed with a high-temp rating fiberglass matting. This material is capable of withstanding temperatures in excess of 2,000 degrees F of intermittent heat and 500 degrees F of direct continuous heat, providing the necessary heat protection for working around front or rear axels.
