The GearWrench Locking Impact Extensions, made from impact-grade Chrome Molybdenum Alloy Steel (Cr-Mo), offer strength and durability for users. The Manganese Phosphate coating provides corrosion resistance and the extensions also feature high-visibility laser-etched markings for quick and easy size identification. The locking impact extensions can be used with a pin and O-ring retention system to securely lock the extension to the impact gun. Locking impact extensions feature an added slide-lock mechanism to securely attach the socket to the extension. These locking impact extensions are now available in a 3-pc 3/8" drive locking impact set in 3", 6" and 12" extensions (No. 84927N) and a 3-pc 1/2" drive locking impact extension set in 3", 6" and 12" extensions (No. 84951N). All GearWrench Impact Extensions meet or exceed ASME specifications and come in a vacuum-formed tray. Each set is covered by the GearWrench Lifetime Warranty.
