    The Midtronics 70-Amp Power Supply/Battery Charger, No. PSC-700, is designed to provide up to 70 amps of clean, reliable power for maintaining battery state of charge during vehicle programming and complex maintenance. The PSC Series of battery chargers feature an advanced switch-mode design, reverse battery polarity protection via replaceable fuses, brownout input protection, over-current protection and over-temperature protection. Cycle-by-cycle peak limiting and rated current-limiting help maximize the life of the converter. The unit includes a  unique proportional fan control circuit and users are able to sets the fan speed directly proportional to the converters internal ambient temperature. This control enables the fan to turn on and off very slowly, minimizing unwanted fan-starting noise. High quality, detachable cables allow for easy field service.
