    The Snap-on Digital Display Circuit Tester, No. EECT400, allows technicians to easily detect DC voltage, power, ground and circuit integrity. The EECT400 incorporates the DC voltage digital display of a multimeter providing a “no guess” voltage value of the circuit, which is especially useful in more demanding environments such as testing circuits in sunlight. The backlit LED also indicates red for power or green for ground. The digital display circuit tester provides surge protected +/-0.3V accuracy from 3V to 19.99V, plus the unit’s one-hand operation design allows technicians to have the other hand free to wiggle wires or operate switches.
