Heater Core Back Flush Tool with Air Assist, No. 815

The Thexton Heater Core Back Flush Tool with Air Assist, No. 815, fits 1/2”, 5/8” and 3/4" heater hoses, and a 1/8" NPT for shop air fitting. A basic garden hose hook-up cleans cooling systems and heater cores without disassembly, with no need to use acids or caustic solutions. A radiator pressure cap prevents over-boosting and water pressure can be easily controlled with ergonomic handle. The push-button air assist helps remove the most stubborn of clogs. Previously technicians would have had to take the hose off the car and develop a make-shift way to fix a clog, adding time to their job. Another option that some mechanics used was just completely replacing the heater core, which in turn costs the consumer more money. This tool saves from the costly replacement of even the most stubborn clogged heater cores.
