Kimball Midwest's Electrically Insulated Screwdrivers have insulated shaft housings for maximum safety, and can be used for work with live parts in the 1000VAC and 1500VDC ranges. In addition to meeting VDE and IEC electrical requirements, the screwdrivers provide superior grip strength, increased comfort and greater torquing power with their flex poly and rigid poly construction grips and built-in torque holes. They also have German chrome vanadium alloy blades with anti-rotational flares molded directly into the grip handle, and the black oxide tips resist corrosion, allowing for a precise fit and eliminating light reflection during use.
