Mounted on its own easy-wheeling cart, the Huth Portable Swager/Expander, No. 1673, equips technicians to form ball joints, slip joints, flares and flanges, and perform doming and reducing anywhere in the shop. The 1673 provides a swaging capacity of 1" to 3", and 25,000 lbs of expanding power with an expanding capacity from 1" to 5-1/2". A separate adjustable collar (No. 41047) also allow for expanding 1" to 3-1/2" and a separate collar holder accommodates 1" to 2-1/2" O.D. tubing. This swager/expander features a 5hp motor with two modes: single-phase (30A) and three-phase (20A). The unit runs a 220V, 60 Hz power supply, with other voltages available. The unit includes front swivel casters and a 15' power cord.
