    The Platinum Tech 1/4" Drive Flex Head I-Beam Ratchet, No. PLT-99680, is engineered to withstand loads up to 90 ft-lbs. The I-beam design allows the handle to flex under extreme torque. The 72-tooth 13" ratchet features a closed head design to keep out dust and debris, a +/-15 degree flex head that allows access to hard-to-reach places, and provides a 5 degree swing arc.
