Indexing Combination Ratcheting Wrenches

April 10, 2013

The GearWrench Indexing Combination Ratcheting Wrenches provides 13 locking positions. When the indexing joint locks, the wrenches offer improved access to hard-to-reach fasteners; when unlocked, a pumping motion can be used to operate the ratcheting head and turn the fastener quickly. The wrench’s ratcheting box end requires just 5 degrees to move fasteners, compared to 30 degrees for standard box end wrenches. Also, if an application prevents the use of the ratcheting box end, then the open end of the combination ratcheting wrench can be used.
