With an accuracy within +/- 1.8 degrees F (+/- 1 degree C), this thermometer has a response time of one second. Includes E, MAX, MIN, DIF and AVG modes on a color screen display. This unit weighs 9.02 oz including batteries, with a minimum nine hours of continuous use.
