GreenJeans utility chaps, from Muscle and Arm Farm, feature knee pads that hang from the waist instead of the knee. The knee pads stay in place without cinching, yet are in position when the user kneels. GreenJeans cover only the front of the leg, so cooling air circulates. Pants are protected by a fabric that is up to 90 times more resistant to abrasion than heavy denim, according to the company. The chaps snap on and off quickly over pants and boots, so dirt is left in the shop. The chaps come in four sizes.
