    UEi offers their ADL7100 DSO/Ignition Scope for testing faster operating circuits, like secondary ignition. In this instance, the secondary ignition event represents two gaps being jumped (the cap/rotor gap and the spark plug gap) in about 20 millionths of a second, and when an ignition wire is not properly seated, a third gap adding only 2 or 3 of activity is also present. To this end, UEi feels their scope's separate processors on each channel, higher resolution display, and faster sampling rate allow the user to better identify these small gaps that occur in the firing line of the ignition system.
