Multi-Shop Shared Customer History Update

The Tekmetric Multi-Shop now offers a new feature, Shared Customer History. This feature links shared customer history between multiple shop locations within Tekmetric, making it easier for shop owners to manage their data and provide an excellent customer experience across all locations. In just a few clicks, shop owners can add customers from one shop location to another, importing all their existing information from a separate location. They can also view the customer's history including previous DVIs, approved/declined jobs, estimates, and notes, no matter which location the customer visits. This results in saved time, greater visibility, consistent data, and - most importantly - a frictionless customer experience, says the company.
