The Airsept Smart Splice Ultimate Line Repair System helps techs build or repair metal lines, connect tubing to rubber hose, block-off a line and add an A/C service port. The System includes AirSept’s Line Splice, Tube-to-Hose Connector, Line Terminator and Inline Service “T”, all based on AirSept’s Line Splice technology. The technology features a “supersized” seal sleeve and unique self-adjusting, anti-vibration tension ring that together offer superior sealing capabilities over traditional compression fittings, says the company. OE-fit threaded or quick-connect fittings allow five-minute installation, often on-vehicle. The kit includes straight, 45-degree and 90-degree fittings; metric (8mm to 16mm) and SAE (5/16” to 3/4" O.D.) kits; 6, 8, 10 and 12 hoses; aluminum tube inserts (8mm to 16mm); and a handheld crimper.
