    S.U.R.&R.'s universal GM module fuel level sensor contacts, No. GM64, works on GM cars, trucks and SUVs, (model years 1997-2002). This universal kit features replacement fuel level sensor contacts which can be installed to replace failing contacts that are part of the existing fuel pump module. When old sensor contacts become worn or broken, they fail to make proper contact with the swiper board resulting in the fuel gauge level bouncing back and forth inaccurately. By installing the new replacement contacts, connections are restored and the fuel gauge will once again operate properly.
