The Chicago Pneumatic CP7600 series of BlueTork Nutrunners can tighten wheel nuts to a precise specification without using impact force. The ergonomically designed, handheld tool uses continuous driving force and operates at 79dBA, with vibrations of less than 2.5m/s. Operators can reset torque for each use, and the shutoff valve controls the tightening process, while the torque reaction is taken by a reaction bar. The dual motor setup provides an initial run-down at 100 rpm (50 ft/lbs) to snug the nut, and the second motor rotates at 8 rpm to deliver the specified torque. The BlueTork tools are available in four versions, and some versions can be specified with an extended gearbox to reach deeper bolts.
