Full-Torque Thread Repair Technology

Lock N Stitch has developed their Full-Torque, a high tech thread repair system that is based on the Spiralhook' thread geometry developed by the company's CEO. This new tool is designed to restore both the needed strength and new threads at the same time. The Full-Torque: Has a design that increased the strength of the casting when the bolt or stud is torqued into the insert. Pulls up on the insert, increasing the load on the Spiralhook threads. Increases the radial drawing force of the threads. Features a system that will contain the crack and prevent future damage while still maintaining the full clamping load. Comes available with most common inch and metric sizes. According to the company, with this product, casting professionals now have a solution that not only effectively repairs, but makes the bolt hole better than new.
