Blockhead Welding Tip, No. 6032

The Polyvance Blockhead Welding Tip, No. 6032, is designed to work with the company's airless plastic welders to aid in the repair of headlight tabs and other plastic parts. The Blockhead tip is small and narrow, with sharp edges ground into each face to allow the technician to reach into tight spaces and sharp corners. The tip can also be used to repair the "boss tabs" that hold mounting clips on the backside of bumper covers and trim pieces. Made in the U.S.A. with lead-free bronze for high temperature strength and long-lasting use. Its 12-24 NPT thread fits all Polyvance airless heating elements.
