It can also be used to improve the appearance of back-side welds and accelerate the process of embedding reinforcing mesh into a repair. The tool features a polished stainless-steel roller and smooth sealed cartridge bearings, an ergonomic handle, and a high-strength plated steel frame. Additionally, the Compression Roller acts like a heat sink to cool the weld.
