Federal-Mogul introduces enhanced web order management system
Federal-Mogul has expanded and improved the capabilities of its FMeConnect web order management system, enabling replacement parts distributors to streamline several business processes, including order placement and tracking, inventory queries, backorder reporting and invoice retrieval across all Federal-Mogul product lines.
The new version of FMeConnect is now available at https://weborder.na.federalmogul.com/WOMWeb.
The enhanced solution offers additional features designed to help distributors save time and money through convenient, real-time control of most daily business processes. The platform is built with upgraded eCommerce technology, supports multiple languages and offers live customer service support via a new online chat feature.
