OTC says technicians now can test batteries faster with the automotive industry's first smart phone app and tester.

Near-instant results display battery health along with charging and starting system health. Using a smart phone app provides a large and clear screen for viewing and printing, saving or emailing a full color report. An included, internal 9V battery tests deeply discharged batteries, allowing for a quicker diagnosis.

After downloading the OTC 3200 app and scanning the QR code on the battery tester, you can immediately view battery test results. To receive data about the starting and charging system, start your engine and scan the next QR code. The test results will be sent to your smart device. Smart devices must have a rear-facing camera to meet full requirements.
