Advance Auto Parts, a leading automotive aftermarket retailer and provider to commercial garages of parts, accessories, batteries and maintenance items, will offer industry-leading training and business growth solutions to more than 100 commercial customers at an Orlando event on Thursday, Aug. 2. The full-day training event is Advance’s first in a series of local events planned for commercial customers across the country.

The program includes sessions on leadership training, best practices in customer service and retention, and introductions to Advance eServices offered exclusively by Advance Auto Parts Professional to help increase shop productivity. These eServices include MotoLogic, the industry’s most technologically advanced diagnostic and repair information resource, and Advance Shop Marketing powered by DriverSide that allows shops to quickly and easily attract, build and retain customers.

Key manufacturers, including ToughOne, Wearever, Tenneco, BWD, and DAYCO, will be at the event to present. The event, hosted at the JW Marriott, concludes with a group dinner and a fundraising event, with one customer earning the opportunity to award $500 to a charity of their choice.

Advance Auto Parts Professional carries over 377,000 foreign and domestic parts and operates a fleet of more than 8,350 delivery vehicles.
