Memphis-based AMI Tools & Equipment has joined the Automotive Distribution Network as an Auto Pride member, according to Mike Lambert, president of the Network.

“Although we didn’t have to look far for our newest Network member, AMI is very much a nationwide company, with customers throughout the United States,” Lambert said. “Formed in 1997, AMI will be a fine addition to our group under the Auto Pride banner.”

AMI will utilize the Network’s purchasing power to more effectively compete in today’s challenging marketplace and enhance their level of customer service, according to Myron Graves, CEO and owner of AMI Tools & Equipment.

“Through the Network, we’ll be able to offer a wider breadth of product lines, while continuing to provide our customer base with aggressive purchasing programs,” Graves said. “In addition to expertise and marketing, we strive to provide value to our customers, and the Network will enable us to continue doing that.”

Operating under the brands of Parts Plus, Parts Plus Mexico, IAPA and Auto Pride, the Automotive Distribution Network is one of the largest, most diverse program groups in the industry.
