Auto-Wares Group of Companies announced today that it will be acquiring United Automotive Supply Co. of Warren, Mich. This acquisition includes the Warren distribution center and five stores marketed under the Maxi Automotive Supply name. United Automotive Supply Co. has been a family-owned Michigan business since 1930.
