Parts Authority acquires One Stop Parts Source
Parts Authority recently acquired One Stop Parts Source, a single location aftermarket auto parts distributor based in Riverside, Calif. The deal closed on Jan. 13 and Parts Authority took over operations on Jan. 16.
Parts Authority now has 13 locations in California, including three large distribution centers, according to Eric Schwartz, VP of West Coast operations. The company has more than 90 locations nationwide.
One Stop was one of the leading aftermarket auto parts distributors in the Riverside area for more than 20 years.
“The joining of forces with Parts Authority and One Stop gives us a stronger presence in the market place, which will further strengthen our mission to be the leading auto parts supplier in the Inland Empire,” Schwartz said. “We are incredibly excited to welcome One Stop Riverside to the Parts Authority family.”
