Randys Worldwide acquires Zumbrota Bearing and Gear, Cascade Component Parts

RANDYS Worldwide®, a leading supplier, manufacturer and distributor of performance and OE replacement driveline parts for domestic cars, SUVs, and light duty pickup trucks, has acquired Zumbrota Bearing and Gear® (ZBAG).

With 30 plus years in the automotive aftermarket, ZBAG will be joining the RANDYS family of business units, including Yukon Gear & Axle®, USA Standard Gear®, and Diff Wizard®.

ZBAG’s core business in remanufactured transfer cases, differentials, manual transmissions and related component parts complements RANDYS offerings to provide installers, wholesalers and consumers with a wide selection of driveline parts to complete the undercar. ZBAG, based in Minnesota, ships products nationwide for rebuilding and repair of light and medium duty vehicles. Cascade Component Parts Inc., a distributor of OE and aftermarket components, owned by ZBAG, also becomes part of the RANDYS family of brands.
