Automotive Parts Headquarters Inc. (APH) recognized outstanding team member performances from 2022 at their annual Winter Conference recently held at the River’s Edge Convention Center in St. Cloud, Minnesota.

APH’s store operations team helped determine recipients of the awards, which were presented during the awards banquet by Corey Bartlett, CEO; Amy Kiefer, president; Tim Gardner, vice president of stores – western division; and Nathan Ruland, vice president of stores – eastern division.

“This year’s recipients are service-driven team members who exemplify APH’s core values each and every day,” said Bartlett. “2022 was another banner year and many of the success stories are directly attributable to those being recognized. We sincerely appreciate the significant efforts they have put forth and we’re delighted to celebrate their accomplishments amongst their peers and with the industry.”

APH’s highest honor went to Mike Getz, who was named the 2022 Auto Value Store Manager of the Year. Getz is the manager of the store in Buffalo, Minn., and has been a part of the team since 2017.

According to Getz’s regional manager, Derek Goblirsch, “Mike does not take his team for granted and is constantly looking for new ways to make each one become even a bigger part of the mission. He drives accountability, respect and winning, which creates an awesome atmosphere to work in. Upon walking into the store, you can feel the energy and excitement from each team member. Congratulations to Mike on receiving this well-deserved award.”
