The National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence has named its 2025 leadership team, with Jason Rainey, vice president of NAPA AutoCare/AAA, stepping in as board chair, with John Wolf, president of Snap-on Business Solutions, serving as vice chair.
Tom Palermo of Preferred Automotive Specialists and John Hanighen of Cloyes Manufacturing will serve as treasurer and secretary, respectively. Former chair Tom Trisdale of Toyota assumes the past chair position. Also joining the board is Ryan Kooiman, director of training at Standard Motor Product.
The organization welcomed four new governors: Victor Cummings (Rush Enterprises), Daniel Mustafa (TravelCenters of America), Chris Sanderson (Hendrick Automotive Group), and Travis Zmak (Teton Automotive Group).
"The ASE team and I look forward to working closely with the officers and board members whose expertise and experience will greatly benefit ASE," said Dave Johnson, president and CEO of ASE. "Together, we will uphold ASE's role as a key leader in the transportation industry and find ways to evolve that best serve technicians, service providers, and car owners."
Mike McRoberts, Roger Mesiemore, and Kevin Looney concluded their board terms.
