AIT/TrakMotive announced the appointment of five new industry leaders to strengthen its automotive aftermarket operations:
Rick Stempien, the new vice president of sales for retailers, brings over 20 years of leadership experience from First Brands, Hopkins Manufacturing, and Trico. Mark Roach, formerly with Schaeffler and International Lubricants, has been named marketing director.
Tracy Beecroft, previously with Dana, BorgWarner/Delphi, and Lumileds Philips, joins as a senior key account manager. Stephen DiSorbo, who brings industry experience from GKN, BorgWarner/Delphi, and Eaton, has been named key account manager. William Zhu, previously with Accenture's Strategy & Consulting practice, comes to AIT as its new strategy and business intelligence manager.

Kent Talley will continue to lead traditional aftermarket sales at AIT, which manufactures and supplies automotive aftermarket solutions under the TrakMotive brand.
