Litens Aftermarket N.A. has promoted Matt Maltarich to director of operations.

Maltarich, who has been with Litens since 2014, where he began as an account manager on the OE side, working with major clients such as Stellantis and General Motors, before his promotion to business development manager. His background includes 13 years at Ford in engineering leadership roles and four years at Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company.

“Matt brings extensive knowledge across multiple disciplines, from OE to aftermarket, and his experience is crucial in driving operational efficiency,” said John Lussier, president of Litens Aftermarket N.A. “His promotion underscores our commitment to aligning internal expertise with roles that support our continued growth and enhance customer relationships.”

Maltarich holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Nebraska and a master’s degree in engineering from Purdue University.

His promotion follows the recent appointments of Scott Howat as director of sales and marketing and Chuck Pullins as controller, reflecting Litens’ continued expansion and strategic leadership alignment.
