The news came as part of the NEXUS Business Forum 2025 in Abu Dhabi.

SmartParts has officially announced the launch of DR!VE+ in North America during the 2025 NEXUS Business Forum in Abu Dhabi.

This expansion follows significant growth in 2024 for the exclusive global aftermarket brand developed for NEXUS members worldwide.

The initial North American rollout will feature a 13,700-part Chassis range, with additional product lines planned for the coming months. DR!VE+ is positioned to become the unified brand for NEXUS North America members. SmartParts is also introducing a new DR!VE+ battery range at the forum.

"Like in other regions, North America's aging car parc—now averaging almost 13 years—is driving demand for entry-level product ranges. DR!VE+ is the natural choice for NEXUS North America members. The first phase of our North America launch will focus on the Chassis range, offering 13,700 part numbers, with a roadmap to introduce multiple additional product lines over the next 18 months," said Robert Roos, President of APSG and NEXUS North America. "This joint initiative marks a key milestone in the history of NEXUS North America."

The company reports strong commercial performance in 2024, welcoming over 20 new NEXUS members, increasing revenue by 50%, and expanding to more than 80 members and customers across 50 countries.

The new DR!VE+ battery lineup spans four categories—DR!VE+ Platinum (AGM), DR!VE+ Performance (EFB), DR!VE+ Essential (SLI) and DR!VE+ Access (Commercial Vehicles only)—with 61 part numbers covering 99% of market demand.

Pascal Popis, CEO of SmartParts, commented: "2024 has been an exceptional year for SmartParts. With sales more than doubling compared to last year, this growth reflects the strong commitment of NEXUS members, the power of the DR!VE+ brand, and the dedication of our team. The key milestone for 2025 will be the DR!VE+ launch in North America, further strengthening its (presence)."
