Arnold Motor Supply has acquired Kohl Auto Parts, extending its Midwest footprint. The acquisition brings together Arnold's distribution network with a long-standing auto parts retailer that has served the McCook, Nebraska, community for generations.
Kohl Auto Parts began as Sidles in the 1950s, later becoming Mr. Automotive in the 1970s. Neal Kohl purchased it in 1986, and when his son Barry took ownership in 1992, he rebranded as Kohl Auto Parts in 1999.
"We're honored to continue the legacy built by the Kohl family and to bring expanded products and support to the McCook area," said Eric Johnson, President and Managing Partner at Arnold Motor Supply. "Customers can expect the same great service with even more resources at their fingertips."
The deal promises customers access to Arnold Motor Supply's broader inventory and technical resources while maintaining continuity of service.
