The Aftermarket Auto Parts Alliance, Inc. has kicked off its 12th IT Summit. Nearly 100 channel partners and Alliance shareholders are registered to attend the live virtual event.

“We are excited about this opportunity for information technology collaboration and education,” said John R. Washbish, president and CEO at the Alliance. “Our IT team here at the Alliance is a powerhouse, and we look forward to discussing our technology efforts and next steps with our valued channel partner and shareholder attendees.

The event began Wednesday morning with the general session kick off. Throughout the two-day show, 16 presenters will cover 31 different information technology-related topics including ecommerce, business intelligence, inventory optimization, and more in a variety of segments and interactive question and answer sessions.

In addition to the Alliance’s technology expert, the event will also feature guest appearances from the Auto Care Association’s Taylor Mitchell, Epicor, and GCommerce. The Alliance will conclude the event by announcing the 2021 Technology Partner of the Year.
